Supreme Court, Queens County

Accident Description:

While working at a construction site in Queens, our client was assisting with the delivery and placement of concrete during an active cement pour. His job required him to direct cement mixer trucks and guide them into position so the concrete could be unloaded safely.

Following the incident, our client was transported from the job site to a nearby hospital for emergency medical treatment.

As a result of the accident, our client suffered multiple open fractures to his right hand, including displaced fractures to several fingers, requiring emergency treatment and surgical pinning. He underwent multiple procedures to repair the fractures, followed by prolonged orthopedic care, immobilization, and rehabilitation.
