$1.15 Million Settlement for a Worker Injured After Being Struck by a Load of Gravel in Westchester County

Accident Description:
Our client was working inside a building under construction in Westchester County, assisting with spreading gravel as part of the ongoing project. While he and a coworker were working on one side of an interior wall, another worker was operating equipment on the opposite side, pouring gravel from above.
Without realizing that workers were positioned below, a loaded bucket of gravel was released over the wall. The gravel struck our client with force, knocking him to the ground. Emergency services were called, and he was transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital for evaluation and treatment.
